My wife and I were just married and thought it d be fun to purchase a Groupon couples massage at the Massage Heights Huebner location. We arrived as first timers but there were no female masseuse s available for me, so feeling uncomfortable, I declined mine. My wife was excited to use them so she went ahead without me. I asked for a refund for my half or at least a credit so that I could come back at a later date when there were more staff available. The manager declined and told me to go through Groupon. Said there was nothing she could do. I just wanted her to make it right as we paid $120 for deep tissue. She abruptly declined me with no effort to make it right. No credit, no nothing. This place is near us so we wanted to become regulars, but sadly, they have lost out on all our future business. Very ridgid management how they run this and fail to see the big picture. I guess the customer is never right at this place.
