Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!! The hotel used my credit card...

Horrible!!!!!!!!!!!! The hotel used my credit card fraudulently!! Along the four days I spent... charging more than 2000 dollars. When I called them to share the bad experience, they put me on hold for hours....they charge me different amount for nothing!!!! And it has to be ilegal!! What type of customer experience this brand wants to create?? This is not a trusted source!!!
