Not the service we were expecting considering the ...

Not the service we were expecting considering the price. We couldn t access the room before 4.30pm. There is no attention to details and staff should be more present.
However the room with Ocean View is beautiful and well designed. We really liked it despite that there is no balcony. The villa itself is superb and you feel home. Breakfast was great.
Note that we couldn t bath in the ocean because of huge rocks on the beach and in the water.
Overall we felt good and we liked our stay but the staff can do much better !
