Vodacom never informs these users about changes to its services.

Sometimes if you buy a package on Mpesa, It eats your money without crediting your number. When you call their customer care. they promise to pay back. But at Finish: NO REFUNDS! NO EXCUSE!

It is too sad. He lacks seriousness and organization at Vodacom.
