Nightmare upon checking in. Arrived after 13 hour...

Nightmare upon checking in. Arrived after 13 hours in the car to find out that the units had not been cleaned yet. Finally they gave us a unit far away from the pools even though we had 3 kids with us. We did get to listen to the geese all night though. Staff acted like this had never happened before but in talking with others it seems like a common occurrence! Equipment for activities not available and no staff around. I saw a couple leaving the time share center and I yelled for them to run for their lives! Worst decision we ever made. For the cost of the timeshare, yearly maintenance fees and restrictions , you could go to a 5 star hotel for a week!!!!
