Check in staff slow and unfriendly Security staff overwhelmed and very long waiting time (checkpoints were still closed) if you want to go to the gate you have to make an impertinence through a perfume-smelling duty free shop
Unfriendly airport employees on my request where there is a smoking area at the gates this was grimly denied so no cigarette at the gate (lack of understanding on my part should actually be part of the standard of an international airport)
