I bought a 2019 Toyota Highlander and the sales person (Sony) was offering the stars in the sky To sell the vehicle it was the end of the day and he seemed desperate to sell the vehicle. I will not mention details but definitely will give one star to the employee not to the dealership. Sony be clear and honest to the customers on what they are getting!
