Made a reservation for 2 at 8pm, was told to head to 2nd floor. We asked if we could go to the roof top and the server said yes, so we headed up with our drinks, found a table and sat down. Around 5-10 mins later, rude server martin came by. First words were 'where did you guys come from?' followed by 'this table is taken so you have to stand there'. And so we did. But table was never taken till we're done with our drinks. Also heard him mumbling 'they can stand the whole night' to other co-workers. Wow I didn't make a reservation to get rude service! Surely there was a better way to tell us table waa reserved. Informed bar manager Joevell and she apologised while Martin was still being defensive and smug. One bad apple. Probably won't be back.

*edit: attended a birthday gathering there, and service recovery from management was not too bad!
