My husband and son proclaimed their wings as the best they have ever eaten! (I don't eat wings) The ribs are tender and full of flavor, and their brisket tastes like they put a lot of time and love into it. They season their delicious French fries that they cut in house, and I have never seen such a huge hamburger at a restaurant. The Smokeouse burger is packed with flavor. I especially loved the pulled pork, and their barbecue sauce is delicious. Save room for dessert though, or buy some to take home. We had their peanut butter pie, and dreamsicle cake. (I ate some of the icing) They prepare them in the restaurant, and they are amazing! The service was great and fast, the atmosphere is nice, and the restaurant is clean. They even have a 100 on their health inspection. Yes, I pay attention to those. We dined inside, since it was in the 40s, but they have tables outside, overlooking a creek, and are just off of a hiking trail. I wish we lived closer, as we would eat here every week. They are closed on Sundays & Mondays. If you are anywhere nearby, I highly recommend that you make the drive.
