I bought a motoplatinum policy from them attracted by the competitive price. inserted all documents according to the required format and correct data. deduct the money from the card and then? in my reserved area there is no policy, the data I entered do not correspond to those I find in the reserved area and do not respond to emails sent through their "assistance" site and tomorrow I should collect the bike.
No phone number with which to contact them in case of emergency other than an accident!
update as of 8/6/2020: policy still to be activated and no formal reply via email. during the week I will provide for the complaint and refund.
