The worst customer service, people actually hung up on me. One day they gave me a fax number and told me to fax the receipt for the work I had done, the next day I called the same person and she told me they don t have a fax, no one is responsible for returning calls, we are traveling in an RV and paid for the repairs, after we called our sales rep peraonally he finally got them to give us a claim number for approval of the repairs. After spending 4 hours on the phone we again called the sales rep who had some one call us he said it could take 60 to 90 days to cut a check. With immediate banking as we have today how can cutting a check take 90 days. This is the worst customer service and no one you talk with has any information available to them!! What if I did not have 2K? I would be stuck in Oregon in a maintenance yard for 60 to 90 days. Again worst service ever.. there was only one person who was really nice out of about 8 or 9 folks we spoke with, so a bit thanks to Dwayne who works from home.
