BBB will hear about this. I guess Trump runs this company too. Lol The worst utility company ever will not work with you will force you to pay things you don't know and if you have anything that goes out like a water heater that constantly is running on electricity because it's not working properly they will not refund you they will charge you for that all of it I had a hot water pipe coming off of the hot water tank that was leaking underneath the house did not know about it my bill is usually $80 in the summer it's a hundred and seventy they will not credit my account except for water which we all know is going to be around $20 credit this company has poor business ethics for customer service inconsiderate ignorant disrespectful and no professionalism whatsoever
