I had a great experience buying Lexus ES350 at Balise Lexus in W.Springfield on Riverdale Street at the end of February of 2019. I would like especially to express my gratitude to Luis Liriano, Sales and Leasing Consultant. He exceeded all my expectations. Not only he went an extra mile to make my experience at Balise a very pleasant, he was very charming, funny, polite and so knowledgeable about any Lexus cars. He walked me through and explain every feature of the car and he was very patient with me. He is a great salesman and I would recommend to anyone to go to W.Springfield to see Luis. You will not be disappointed! I can t wait to buy another car with Luis.
