David is great! He expedited the repair on my laptop bc he knew how much anxiety i had about it. He is honest and conservative in a very good way. He really ensures that thw qork he is doing is quality work and necessary. He goes out of his way to secure your pc against malware even if that isnt your priority when you are there.
