Didn't stay here, but stopped in for some treats a...

Didn't stay here, but stopped in for some treats at La Creperie. Which leads me to ask, how do they get the crepes to taste so good? I've eaten a modest share of crepes in my day, none have tasted like these. What's going on here? If you told me the recipe included generous portions of MSG, or maybe even crack, I wouldn't even blink. We got two - the Nutella and the sugar and butter, both were great.
