We have had an amazing experience with Pima Pools every step of the way. We just completed a pool resurface with Mini Pebble and had out pump and plumbing updated as well. First of all, I am not the easiest person to please... but Pima pool has done such an amazing job, I had to leave this feedback. We had 5 pool estimates before choosing Pima Pools. Not only were the priced the best, they had the best communication, best detailed explanation on the cost estimate... and had excellent upgrading suggestions that were very affordable. The communication through out this process has been fantastic. I received a call every day to let us know what was being done and what time to expect the workers. I would even get a call if no one was coming and an explanation of what was next. They had different crews who specialize in each part of the job. The plumbers where exceptional and painted and labeled all on the flow of plumbing so I could understand how to operate my equipment. The pebble work was beautiful and they did a final walk through to go over every step of the process. They even came back for a second walk through because I wanted more clarification on optimal pool chemistry and details of how to use out new pump. They spent an hour with me going over details and was really appreciated. The final walk through was two days ago and my family couldn t be happier. They really have a great team at Pima Pools and Aj very please we choose to work with them.
