Worst customer service experience!...
They have potential to take over cross border market & somehow they just want to ruin it all!!...
Transfers works sometimes & sometimes not! There is no specific information that you can share with support & everything goes in blind!
Lack of customer friendly processes kills it all.

Even if you provide all information they need about issue, they come up with some process/policy! Come on there is an issue somewhere, first priority should be to fix it!
