I recently purchased some networking equipment from this company's website. The ordering process was smooth and the product arrived fairly quickly. However, I did encounter some difficulty with the installation process and found the customer support to be somewhat lacking in terms of helpfulness and responsiveness. While the product itself seems to be of good quality, I was a bit disappointed with the overall customer experience. It would be great if they could improve their support in order to better assist customers who may encounter technical issues.
