Beautiful new facilities. Scheduling and drop off were seamless. Communication via text was efficient.
Pick up was more challenging as my car was at a different location despite the fact that I told them when I would be arriving. They told me the wait would be only 10 minutes - but another customer overheard our conversation and said she was told the same thing but was waiting over 30 minutes already. So I needed to leave and come back at another time. When I returned later in the day and pulled into the garage - there were about 6 employees there working but not one came over to help me. Another customer and I stood there waiting for help for several minutes despite being the only cars in the garage. I finally went and found someone who was indeed quite helpful. But, no one ever walked through what service was performed on my car with me and I never received follow up to a specific question I had asked at drop off.
Disappointing. I have had much better service at other MB dealerships.
