The thing that spoiled my experiance is the following. No matter for how long I stand in one place, looking lost and confused, no one will offer me help. They will walk past me, but will not offer me help. So then i had to go and ask for help, and then that person must go and find someone else to help me. All the time standing and waiting. And when the person arrives, they are not at all friendly nor enthusiastic to be of help and treats me like i am an intruder. Regardless, I bought a Lawnmower. When I opened the box at home, i discovered that the one front wheel axel is bend. So now i have to go back all the way, from Parys, to exchange it and must once again face the unfriendly, not so helpfull staff!!!!!
