Service is terrible. Cafe is closing 15 minutes ea...

Service is terrible. Cafe is closing 15 minutes earlier than they supposed to. After arguuning with waitress finally got my coffee but in a a paper cup, moreover coffee was cold. They claim to be 5 star hotel, they should really train staff ho to service guests .
