This was the first time we visited Toyota of Sunnyvale and we had a great experience here. This was our son's first car and John was so helpful in so many ways to make the deal happen. He was very helpful in showing to our son what the process is in order to establish his credit and what it takes. We felt so comfortable communicating with him. Our son was thoroughly impressed with the way he was able to use analogies in order for him to understand everything. I highly recommend John to anyone. If you want to understand the process of how things go he is the man.
