Zero stars: Very uncomfortable atmosphere. Both dealers I played with made mistakes with payouts. The pit-boss Paul was extremely unhelpful, rude, and aggressive. They made a mistake (they had to review the cameras)and the manager and assistant manager came down, and gave false information. They were also rude and aggressive. I feel very dissatisfied with the service I received. I was also harassed to show my I.D. 6 times in a total of 3 hours of playing in the casino. The manager boss at the end even carded me and was rude and unprofessional. They did not solve our problem, but instead made my party feel upset and uncomfortable. What an awful establishment they have no respect for paying customers, and literally you are disposable to them.
