Received a recall notice 24 hours before our annual two week family vacation up north. We rely on the Jeep to pull the boat and take the bikes up (could not take the bikes up without the jeep and alternative arrangements would have been a problem with the boat). Asked if they could make us a priority under the circumstances. Initially would not accomodate us, but the director of service reconsidered it, and handled it within three hours despite having a 5 day waiting list. I am sure more than just the director had to put in extra time/effort to get it done. Very helpful. Has made an even further Jeep advocate out of me.
