Total scam!!! I've been a member of Golds for 10 y...

Total scam!!! I've been a member of Golds for 10 years, and my wife has been a member for almost 5 years. Golds updated their computer software and as a result canceled my wife's membership, and did it without contacting us, Ever. When we attempted to address the issue they tried to increase her monthly dues from $40.00 to $80.00 dollars... The Manager JEFF told my personally that we could reinstate the membership and everything was due to the software update. When I went by the gym to pay and update everything he refused to allow me to keep the same membership, and insisted that I sign a new contract at over twice the monthly rate. This guy is SNAKE! I've heard other member complain about him but never understood why until now... The members make the gym, and this guy doesn't appreciate his members. WORST CUSTOMER SERVICE I'VE EVER EXPERIENCED! TOTAL SCAM. As a result I am canceling my membership as well.
