This was the WORST experience I have ever had buying a vehicle. We bought this vehicle while we were in Tampa on business. We then left Tampa to go back home to AL and have had nothing but problems since. We still have temporary tags which they insisted they had to buy the tags for us and ship them to our home which we paid a hefty service fee for... now they are saying we have to go down to the BMV anyway because the state needs to do a VIN check on the vehicle... then they will ship the tap to FL who will ship it to us.... so why did I have to pay them a fee to ship the tag to me???? That is just one of the problems we have had with the service of this place. They messed up the original contract and we had to go back and resign all the papers because they charged way to much for tax for AL. They didn't get the part we ordered in on time before we left like they promised so we had to fight to get a refund for that.... and the list goes on and on. I have had new cars all my life, my dad retired from Chrysler and my mom from Delco... and I have NEVER, NEVER had so many problems with a dealership who was not interested in keeping their customers happy. I will never purchase from them again and I wouldn't recommend anyone else purchase from them that wants any customer service. Seems like once they take your money they have no time for you and are not interested in keeping you happy.
