Waited all year to finally decide and purchase a computer on Cyber Monday. Yesterday, almost a week after completing the online order my computer was supposed to be delivered, it did not arrive. I contacted the company to find out that my order was canceled due to the item being out of stock. However, I now go online and can order that same computer at 150.00 increase in price. I called HP in hopes of a price match for what I have paid previously. I was directed to a supervisor, Tori, who for all general purposes was of zero help in helping with this issue. From this point on I will not buy HP products and will advise everyone else to do the same. Awful customer service, zero interest in customer satisfaction. Look elsewhere!!!
