I am an experienced realtor in TX. Have worked with many builders over the years. CB Jeni and her sister company Normandy had been good builders to work with. Their build job quality, materials, design and workmanship had always been positively recognized by my clients. I also had very good experience with sales managers. Sales managers' jobs can be overwhelming at times but communities such Viridian in Arlington, Park Vista in Frisco, The Village at Twin Creeks had always been my favorite places to sell.
