I've brought my car here for service multiple time...

I've brought my car here for service multiple times already, all great experience. What prompted me to write this review is due to a recent visit. I had a metal plate/shield underneath my car that's very deformed and was dangling at one corner. I brought my car to Honda expecting that it needed a part replacement. Felix helped me and his crew fixed the issue free of charge (thank you technicians)! They straightened it back up and replaced some clips for me, and did a quick inspection for everything else. I was pleasantly surprised. On another note, in terms of COVID precaution steps, the customer lounge had reduced chairs from pre-COVID to respect social distancing. Even though I waited 1.5 hrs in the building, I felt safe. Masks are required and the staff+customers are respecting the rules.
