I am happy to say and eager to let other consumers know that my experience with Isaac in Syracuse was positive and even outstanding. I called because our air conditioning for a 40 year old home was not working. I got a polite person on the line who set up a convenient appointment and a very knowledgeable service rep showed up to tell me within 30 minutes exactly what my options were with very impressive objectivity I thought. Options included a ballpark estimate of a "total fix" with guarantee, a partial fix and a short term fix ... I thought the prices were good and said so and he informed me of a special. He left when our questions were done and said let us know .... It was even enjoyable. I will use them and recommend Isaac with no reservation.
