Extremely unprofessional!!! I had a driver loading...

Extremely unprofessional!!! I had a driver loading at this warehouse. The driver went in with a perfectly fine trailer! Upon loading the forklift guy broke into the floor and they continued to load my driver. We asked for them to repair the trailer and the manager said it is our fault for having weak floors. If my trailer had weak flooring no forklift should even maneuver inside the trailer much less load any product. Not to mention, my trailer was offloaded at a nearby location and previous warehouses had not complained about this unit. This is absurd!!
Very unprofessional and unfair!
