Orem Public Library Review

I love this library especially for my kids! They have amazing staff and volunteers that put a lot of effort into activities for kids and since the pandemic started they have continued to find creative ways to reach out to the kids from online videos to mazes on the floor in the building when you are able to go in person. The staff talk to the kids and are so friendly when you go so even though the play area is closed my 4 year old still begs to go to the library because she loves being there.

Mother flipping love this place. We visit weekly for children's books, movies, audio books, and more. Great programs all year around. So good.

Love this place...
One of the great things about the library is their DVD collection. It is technically the second largest collection in the state of Utah but it is the largest single library collection (SLC collection includes all branches). It isn't funded by tax payers and that is why the DVD's have a fee but the selection is incredible for a smaller urban library.

Everyone here is helpful and kind. I've been coming the this library for 10 years.

One of the best libraries I've ever seen. Audio, video and a huge collection of books. Beautiful stained glass windows and great areas (and programs) for kids and families. Can't wait till everything's open again.

Always a great experience here. They are very helpful during this pandemic too! You can place any book on hold (even if it's on the shelves ready to check out). They will pull the books and put them right out front. That makes for a quick visit, check out your books, and be on your way. No need to look through all the books unless you want to.

I was accused a few years ago of trashing a book, which I would never do. Ever since, I make a note of any problems with the books I get. Other than that, my experiences have been favorable.

I love this library! It's open and light, and it's easy to find the books you want. They are taking solid precautions with sanitation and masks to make it safe for all patrons. They even have an hour reserved for patrons who may be more at risk. I'll definitely continue to come here for my reading needs!

This library is one of the best! Its media library is huge and I love the way its organized. You can easily find whatever you're looking for.

Everyone here is so helpful. It's nice to have a bit of normalcy during covid to visit the library and get some good reads. I'm grateful I can check out digital books through the Libby app as well to read on my Kindle.
