Enfield Labour Council in my view operate as a "Cult Mob".I have recently filed a police report against them under antisocial behaviour.Ever since they have been in power for 12 yrs they always lift the bins too early in the morning.Im confident many residents experience this as well I am considering to file and have the media around and or writing to Westmister.I have also experienced waste from damaged brown bins is dropped left on public footpaths .I would urge in particular all EU nationals that moved here around 40-50 years ago that have the new rights to vote in local elections to claim your right now you can do it.
