Tried to make a reservation, website said had to call "Sales Office" to confirm our date was available. Called hotel, got put through very lengthy recorded messages about reward cards and staying on the phone for a survey. After waiting a long time, got cut off. Called back and spoke to a rude gentleman, described what happened. Was told that ALL staff were in a meeting. No one available to answer a phone. I should just call back, or leave a message. Sorry, not acceptable.I will never know and never want to know what this "4" star hotel is like. I'll just stay at the Hyatt where they actually have staff available to speak with you and make a reservation.
