I dropped off my 2008 Dodge Magnum on Friday Nov.6th everyone here was very friendly and professional. My parts had to be special ordered. Jeff Bryner from the Service Dept. kept me well informed of my delivery status. I love the updated technology that they offer. He contacted me both via phone and text. They were able to get an appointment in for me at a very short notice. That was greatly appreciated. Other dealerships in the area had a 2 week wait.
Stephen Burkholder was my vehicle technician. He emailed me a detailed inspection report for my vehicle. Which showed exactly what was repaired. Thank you all for returning my vehicle back to normal with the original factory installed tail lights.
