I live in very rural N.W. PA w/no Ouidad salons in sight, so get my 'curly hair cuts' when visiting family in Wash.DC area a few times a year. I've been satisfied but not thrilled. On a multi-stop vacation, running away from the horrid Northeast winter, I recently found myself lying on a Hawaii beach, with wild unruly curls whipping around my face and decided I needed to do SOMETHING to calm them down. Next stop was Winter Park, FL , so I researched Ouidad salons in that area, and found Salon Ciseaux. Upon touching down, --on a whim-- called short notice and lucked-out, landing an appt. w/Arlene. WOW! Best move I ever made. My curls have NEVER been easier to manage or looked more fun and sexy! Compliments have been pouring in. THANK YOU, Arlene. You rock! ~ Genevieve (JG)
