If you like staying in funky older hotels, this is for you. Do not expect everything to be brand new and up to date. Proximity to convention center (one block away) and downtown restaurants is excellent. Rooms are drafty when it is cold outside, but not unacceptable. Staff is very good and attentive. Starbucks in hotel lobby and cool little hotel bar are a plus. Price versus other downtown properties is good. Enjoy your stay.
