Staffs were very kind, smiling, therefore the first impression was great. Our room was ready in advance therefore we did not have to wait for the 2pm which is official time. Room was clean with marvellous view over the Venice. There was small balcony with view directed to the city centre. Bathroom was clean as well. Breakfast was so far one of the best from my hotel experiences. Salmon or fresh strawberries just made the day nicer :). Regarding cons: One of the bathrobes was dirty from lipstick and I would expect better quality products for showering ( shower gel and so) since this is 5* hotel. Nevertheless those small imperfections were the only things and can not overweight the perfect location, service and view from room. I recommend this hotel.
