We have been with iinet for 10+ years now. We have our internet and mobile phones with them. Recently I had a problem with my internet. When I called they were busy and I arranged a callback rather than wait. I was promptly rung back by Teresa. She was delightful and patiently took us through and fixed our problem. Iinet employ the best people.
