I purchased a 2015 Jeep for approximately $50,000 and had about an additional $10,000 work done on it before it was shipped from Texas to Massachusetts. Through the entire process, the sales and registration person kept me informed and walked me through the entire purchase as this was the first time I purchased a car without seeing it. The only issue I had was when I got the vehicle, the base did not work as it was shot and the contacts I had at Starwood s suddenly became unresponsive on a solution which was just disappointing considering the level of service I received prior to delivery.
