I did not even get to eat there, but I can tell you it's a disappointment. My fiance and I were supposed to have our wedding rehearsal dinner here, and that definitely did not happen. First off, the management sucks. They would not keep in contact with us and answer our questions. They were also going to limit our menu options, and they never emailed us the menu like we asked. The owner was extremely rude with my fiance, which I did not appreciate. My fiance just called to cancel the reservation, and the person hung up the phone on him. We ended up having our dinner somewhere else.

We always hear from people that Gamekeepers is amazing. LIES! Other people have told us that even though the food is okay, the staff sucks. The staff is rude and doesn't care about the customers. Don't waste your time here. There are better restaurants in Chagrin Falls.

Gamekeeper's, you need to remodel the exterior of your restaurant. It sucks.
