Scooterville has been very helpful for all my service needs. There have been 2 occasions where my scooter has not wanted to start after a long winter. Each time they have walked me through how to get it started on the phone. If it did not start after those steps Coleman came to me and and helped me start it. He then gave me his phone number and told me whenever I have issues I can just call the number. Great customer service and I am so grateful for people like Coleman who can help people like me who are clueless when it comes to mechanics.
