Lady at the reception is very rude . I was completely nice and polite despite that she hung up on me for no reason . I was phoning to ask about visa . the section visa they dont pick up any calls . it is frustrating . shame on them . disgrace. how the hell will get info if they did not help us. sometimes their website does not have all info u need to know. !!
