Loved the parks. However, went to ride Harry Potter and 2 of the new trainees were very rude, and said we were noncompliant. This was untrue, we had 4 bags and they wanted 1 person to take to the lockers. We complied, but was a little frustrated. Then the rest of party just stood in line, and we asked where to go, the 20yr old girl was very snooty, and we said we will not be discussing with her, and then the 20 year old boy started to clap his hands good job you can follow direction. Our party of 7 felt very disrespected by two 20 year old trainees and definitely should never have been talked down to the way they were talking to us! Disney would have never allowed that!!!!
