Very unprofessional - Do not bother .

Arranged an appointment for planner 'Jonny' to attend. After waiting half an hour past the arranged time I rang to see what the delay was. I was informed that Jonny wasn't in that day and they had no appointment in the calendar for us.
Annoyed but gave them a other chance.
He turned up and measured the kitchen . Discussed a few ideas but nothing very encouraging.
He said they would put some plans on the computer and invite us in to discuss and choose our kitchen.
That was Good Friday !!
We have never heard from them since .
Magnet .. We have a large kitchen and you missed out on a nice order.
Glad your company can afford it.
WREN Kitchens knocked spots off you in everyway! They had our plans drawn up within 4 hours of measuring up.
Our kitchen fitter told me that Magnet have also been appalling with some one else's kitchen ,not having all the parts etc.
Enthusiastsc your time or money on these jokers.
