my mom went to the emergency room yesterday because she had back pains so bad that she could barely walk and couldn't even stand up without assistance and she waited for six and a half hours and was never seen because the incompetent workers put that she had an upset stomach and now shes at home in pain and now we have to travel even further to a hospital that actually cares about its patients
