The response of the Service Engineer, Justin was worst for the cleaning of vehicle. When told him that the vehicle is not cleaned properly , Hey dude it's free wash was his reply, meaning since it is free that is the worst service one should expect.Secondly, when the vehicle was cleaned second time, I had to go search for the vehicle and tell him that it is cleaned.. He was asking me to take the vehicle if it is already cleaned. He didn't even bother to come and check if the vehicle was cleaned properly...in spite of washing the vehicle twice..it is not cleaned priperly...
Overall very bad and a worst experience having serviced in Mc David Honda specifically Frisco one..
