Our experience has been a NIGHTMARE with rooms to go. I don't even know where to begin. We ordered a living room set around mid August. When we received our furniture, the sofa table color was wrong, our floor lamp had multiple scratches and our sectional had multiple dirt stains. Not to mention the workers did not use gloves and threw out cushions and pillows on the kitchen floor. R2G called and I had explained the issue and of course R2G said that they would correct the couch by scheduling someone to clean the spots and replace the lamp. As far as the sofa table, we had to call our sales person to get the correct color. So I called Mark at the R2G at the Colony and he said that he missed a number on the sku and that he would send the correct sku to customer service.
A week later, we received a call from R2G about replacing the lamp and when it would be shipped. I asked about the cleaning of the couch. The representative was "shocked" and said that someone should have contacted me about it. She was apologetic and offered to just replace the couch and of course I said yes (Big Mistake). I asked about the sofa table and customer service stated that the sales person NEVER sent the corrected sku in. I called Mark again at the R2G in The Colony. He was not in that day, so a different sales person sent the correct sku to customer service.
On September 2nd, the couch was delivered, however only half was delivered because the other side was damaged. I called R2G AGAIN and opted into the callback system; never received a callback! I called again on 9/10 and told them to forget sending the other half of the couch because we were already over it at this point. We were also told that our replacement sofa table and lamp would be delivered by October 2nd.
On September 25th we received a call stating that our sofa table and lamp was delayed and would not be delivered until November 4th.
On October 2nd, we called R2G again to reschedule a cleaning due to personal reasons and the representative that we talked to was so very nice. She was able to reschedule our cleaning and our delivery to October 21st instead of November.
Then just today we received a call from R2G and the lamp was damaged that was supposed to be delivered on the 21st of this month. Now we have to wait until mid November to receive our replacement lamp.
DO NOT USE ROOMS TO GO!! Go somewhere else... If I could give them a 0 star, I would.
