I was very excited and grateful for the opportunity to speak with the team for 2 employment interviews followed by an offer. However, the decision to reject me was based on a disability (as defined under the Americans with Disabilities Act and EEOC) unrelated to the job and its funtions rather than the merits of knowledge and experience. It was an illegal explanation for rejection (as defined under Title VII) and I would not recommend anyone less than perfect apply for this company or they will be rejected under blanket rules.
