I was charged even though you knew my policy was cancelled 42 days prior. Laptops direct were withholding the money. You were fully awear of this along with the fact laptops direct were ignoring your response for the refund. Why I should be the one to occur the costs because of this is beyond me. Initially told I would have to wait upwards to 50+ days to get this sorted, while also being told I might get charged again in meantime. When I wanted to put a formal complaint in I was told I might have to wait 3-5 working days to even do this.
What I will say though after that call you did indeed sort it out that same day. So I appreciate that and the help your employees gave. I am Still waiting on refund though which might be another week. Overall I was a bit shocked at how it was initially handled. I blame laptops direct more than yourselfs for making your company look "sketchy"
